Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also accept personal checks (delay until cleared), cashiers checks, and money orders. We ship all orders when payment is received or successfully processed. Q. How much is shipping?
A. FREE on all orders over $100.00. (Excludes international and U.S. Express Mail delivery orders). Please refer to the shipping grid for all other prices. We ship all packages USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. All packages are automatically insured and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please allow for up to 10 days for delivery (depending on your shipping choice). If there will be a delay in shipping, we will notify you. Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and telephone number.

Q. How fast do you ship items once they're purchased?
A. Available items are usually shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. If you've requested custom pieces made to order, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending on the style of the piece and gemstones available. If you require a rush order, we will do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Q. What if my piece is damaged upon arrival?
A. Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and send us an email at sales@lesbijoux.org or call us at 919-234-9856 for instructions. Q. What is the availability of the items on your website?
A. Most of the pieces we offer are one of a kind. We will usually be very quick to update when items are sold. If, however, we're not fast enough, and the piece you've ordered is unavailable, we will email you to let you know (your credit card will not be charged). It may be possible to make another one in the same style and with the similar materials, gemstones, colors, etc. We will let you know this in the email and you can decide. Prices subject to change based on the current market price of sterling silver, gemstones, beads, findings, etc. Q. What if I really like a sold item?
A. If you see a SOLD item that you really like, we can usually make another similar piece, so please email us with your ideas! If you'd like a certain design made with different gemstones, or color, email us and we will let you know the cost and how long it will take to complete. Q. What is your return policy?
A. We stand behind all of our work. All items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping). All items MUST be returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt of shipment. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check. You must call or email before returning an item.
If your jewelry should ever break, just return it to us (with ALL of its original pieces), and we will fix it for you. The only charge you may assume is if pieces are lost and we need to add material to get the correct length. This is good for a lifetime and all you pay is shipping. Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. The personal information and email address you provide will ONLY be used to process your order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It will never be shared with any other company for any reason. |
